A&O Hostels Marketing GmbH acquired Two hotel assets located on Portland and Dickinson Streets in central Manchester from Ares Real Estate Fund, managed by Ares Management Corporation (NYSE:ARES), and EQ Group Limited on January 1, 2026. a&o Hostels will shortly progress an £8.2 million refurbishment programme across both properties. Works are expected to be concluded by Q1 2027, with the property remaining fully operational throughout.
