Abastible S.A. agreed to acquire Butane, propane and autogas business in Spain and Portugal from Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A. for approximately ?275 million on August 16, 2024. The transaction is subject to compliance with the conditions precedent, which include approval from the Spanish authority for foreign direct investment and the European Commission for free competition, in addition to other conditions that are customary in this type of contract. On October 10, 2024 The European Commission has approved the transaction.

Abastible S.A. completed the acquisition of Butane, propane and autogas business in Spain and Portugal from Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A. at the end of the year 2025.
