Accenture plc (NYSE:ACN) agreed to acquire Faculty Science Limited on January 6, 2026. Upon closing of the transaction, Faculty's team of more than 400 Al native professionals, including highly qualified data scientists and Al engineers, will integrate with Accenture's teams to scale world-class Al capabilities for clients. And, in addition to his role as CEO of Faculty, Marc Warner will become chief technology officer of Accenture and join the Accenture's Global Management Committee.
Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approval.
