Accenture plc (NYSE:ACN) agreed to acquire Whalar Inc. from Whalar Group Ltd on June 8, 2026. Whalar will become part of Accenture Song?adding scaled creator and influencer engagement to its customer growth capabilities. Whalar Group will enter a three-year strategic partnership with Accenture Song.

Whalar?s co-CEOs Emma Harman and Jo Cronk will continue in their roles, joining Accenture Song through the acquisition, along with Whalar?s team of over 170 people across the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Germany, and Spain.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
