Rental income amounted to 12.0 million kronor (40.6), a decrease of 70.4 percent compared to the previous year.
The net operating income was 6.0 million kronor (26.4), down 77.3 percent from the previous year.
The operating result amounted to -3.4 million kronor (10.9).
Total changes in value of the property portfolio amounted to 36.7 million kronor (15.4). Total changes in derivatives value were 0.6 million kronor (6.8).
Profit before tax was 33.9 million kronor (23.7).
Profit after tax came to 18.9 million kronor (11.6), and per share 0.39 kronor (0.17).
A regular dividend of 0.50 kronor per share (0.40) is proposed.
The long-term net asset value, EPRA NAV, per share stood at 13.52 kronor (15.03).
"The fourth quarter was characterized by execution, consolidation, and positioning for the next phase. Following the extensive portfolio divestment in the third quarter, the focus has been on optimizing the capital structure, completing decided measures, and further developing the remaining operations in line with the company's strategy," commented CEO Ulf Wallén.
