Cogra As announced on January 6, with first-half 2025/2026 revenue of €22.6 million, compared to €18.7 million in the same period of the previous fiscal year, Cogra has moved past the effects of the energy crisis experienced in the previous two years. During this period, operational discipline and cost control enabled a sharp recovery in EBITDA, which stood at €2.6 million, representing a margin of 11.5%, compared to -€0.3 million a year earlier. After €1.5 million in depreciation and provisions, operating income came to €1.1 million (margin of 5%) versus -€1.929 million a year ago. Net income amounted to €1.1 million, a net margin of 4.8%, compared with a net loss of €2 million the previous year.
Eiffage Eiffage, through its German subsidiary Salvia (Eiffage Energie Systèmes), is acquiring the assets of Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen, a Munich-based company specializing in electrical engineering and building technical services. Subject to approval by German competition authorities, the transaction is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2026. This acquisition strengthens Salvia's presence in southern Germany and is part of Eiffage's external growth strategy, following the February 2026 announcement of the acquisition of HTW Engineers.

Figeac Aero Figeac Aero has announced the signing of a new agreement with Safran Aircraft Engines for the development of production capacity for a structural metal component of the M88 engine, which powers the Rafale fighter jet. This contract follows on from a previous development announced in May for the aircraft. Production will take place in France, utilizing both Figeac's main site and that of SN Auvergne Aéronautique, in order to meet the program's stringent technical requirements. Initial deliveries are expected during the 2026/27 fiscal year, with no major additional investments required at this stage thanks to existing industrial capacity. GTT GTT has received an order from the Jiangnan shipyard for the design of tanks for four new LNG carriers on behalf of shipowner Shandong Marine Energy. Under the contract, GTT will design the vessels' cryogenic tanks, each with a capacity of 175,000 m³. The tanks will be equipped with GTT's Mark III Flex membrane containment system. Delivery of the vessels is scheduled between the third quarter of 2028 and the fourth quarter of 2029, the company said.

Vicat The cement maker reported group share net income of €307 million, up 5.7%, for its 2025 fiscal year. EBITDA reached €771 million, up 3.7% at constant scope and exchange rates, with a stable margin of 20%. On a reported basis, EBITDA declined slightly due to currency effects. Consolidated revenue stood at €3.85 billion, at constant scope and exchange rates, with a clear acceleration in the fourth quarter (+8.1%). On a reported basis, revenue declined slightly by -0.8%, impacted by a negative currency effect of -€242 million, partially offset by a positive scope effect, notably due to the integration of Cermix and Realmix.
Voltalia Voltalia, an international player in renewable energies, and Renvolt, its subsidiary dedicated to construction and maintenance services, have announced the signing of a turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for the Wexford Hub project, a 124.2-megawatt solar power plant located in County Wexford, Ireland. This contract, secured by Renvolt, strengthens the collaboration with ESB, Ireland's state-owned energy company and a long-standing Voltalia partner.
