Advanced Info Service : AIS Achieves Full Subscription of THB 15 Billion Debentures, Reinforcing Its Leadership as Thailand's Integrated Intelligent Telecommunications Provider
Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), Thailand's leading telecommunications and digital infrastructure provider, thanks investors for their confidence and announces the successful completion of Debenture Issuance No. 1/2025, which was fully subscribed, achieving the target of THB 15 billion. Proceeds will be used to invest in and strengthen digital infrastructure and intelligent technologies across mobile networks, high-speed broadband, and digital services. The offering comprised three tranches-5-year at 1.92% p.a., 7-year at 2.29% p.a., and 10-year at 2.47% p.a.-each rated AAA(tha) by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited, and was offered to institutional and retail investors during 10-12 November 2025.
