Africa Bitcoin Corporation Limited Announces Resignation of Bright Khumalo as Non-Executive Director and as Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and as Member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Effective from 8 January 2026

Africa Bitcoin Corporation Limited announced that Mr. Bright Khumalo has, due to personal reasons, tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company and as chairman of the Group's Remuneration and Nomination Committee and as a member of the Group's Audit and Risk Committee. Mr. Khumalo's resignation is effective from 8 January 2026. The board of directors of Africa Bitcoin Corporation (?Board?) has commenced a process to appoint a suitable non- executive director, as Mr. Khumalo's successor, and is confident that such a candidate will be identified in the near future.

A further announcement in this regard will be released once an appointment is made.
