Agnikul Cosmos Private Limited announced that it has received INR 1.5 billion in funding from Atharva Capital Ventures Private Limited, Advenza Global Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, Artha India Ventures, Artha Singularity Venture Partners LLP, First Founder Investment Adviser LLP and other investors

On November 22, 2025, Agnikul Cosmos Private Limited closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction. The company has raised INR 830 million in its second and final tranche bringing total funding raised in the transaction to INR 1.5 Billion.

The final tranche included participation from HDFC Bank Limited, First Founder Investment Adviser LLP, and returning investor, Artha Select Fund, a fund managed by Artha India Ventures, Artha Singularity Venture Partners LLP, and family offices. The company raised transaction at valuation of INR 42,000 million.
