Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300015) agreed to acquire an additional 87.69% stake in Chongqing Jiangjin Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. from Hunan Liangshi Chenxing Medical Industry Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 25.3 million on December 24, 2025. A cash consideration of CNY 25.27 million will be paid by Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. As part of consideration, CNY 25.27 million is paid towards common equity of Chongqing Jiangjin Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. Upon completion, Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. will own 96.15% stake in Chongqing Jiangjin Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. In a related transaction Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire stakes in 39 companies including Bozhou Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. and Lianyungang Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. for a total of CNY 960 million.
As of September 30, 2025, Chongqing Jiangjin Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 26.26 million and net liabilities of CNY 6.56 million.
