Carried out as part of the Group's Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program, this transaction is divided into three tranches with maturities of 5, 8, and 12 years, at a weighted average interest rate of less than 1% per year.

The net proceeds from the issuance will be used to finance the Group's general needs.
