Oil services company Aker Solutions has been awarded several five-year framework agreements for maintenance and modification services with Equinor in Norway, according to a press release.
Aker Solutions states that it will record the contracts as a major order intake in the Life Cycle segment during the first quarter of 2026. The company's definition of a major contract falls within the range of 8-12 billion Norwegian kroner.
The contracts also include options for extension with two additional periods of three and two years, respectively. Their value will depend on the scope of maintenance and modification work carried out during the fixed contract period.
