Akzo Nobel India Limited announced that Ms. Neelima Kataria, HR Director and a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, has tendered her resignation from her position in the Company, vide letter dated February 17, 2026, in order to pursue new professional opportunity. The management has accepted her resignation on February 17, 2026, and she will be relieved from her duties on completion of her notice period as per her appointment terms and will assist with all transition actions until the closure of business hours of Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Ms. Kataria will serve her notice period, with her last working day being May 6, 2026.
During this time, she will ensure a smooth and responsible transition through detailed handover and full support to maintain continuity.
