Albemarle Corporation reported that Donald J. LaBauve Jr., the former Chief Accounting Officer, retired on June 1, 2026. Neal R. Sheorey, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, was designated as the interim Principal Accounting Officer, effective June 2, 2026, until the Company's Board of Directors appoints a replacement for the former Chief Accounting Officer.
