Alicorp S.A.A. (BVL:ALICORC1) signed an agreement to acquire Home Care Business in Colombia and Ecuador from Unilever PLC (LSE:ULVR) on January 28, 2026. The transaction includes a portfolio of well-established local brands in Colombia and Ecuador such as Fab, 3D, Aromatel, and Deja.
The transactions are subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
