The training center will serve to train new specialists and provide ongoing education for employees already working in production.
The new training center plays a crucial role in helping to improve the plant's efficiency and customer satisfaction, while ensuring a stable and promising future for the Mátranovák site.
"It is important for us to strengthen the influx of well-trained professionals to our site and to keep the knowledge of our most important operators at a high level. Since bogie frames are among the most critical components of our trains in terms of rail safety, it is also our responsibility to invest in the training of colleagues who produce these essential parts for Alstom trains," said Carine Siegwalt, General Manager of the Alstom plant in Mátranovák.
