(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of earnings and trading updates by London-listed companies, issued on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Altona Rare Earths PLC - Africa-focused resource exploration and development - Announces the receipt of rare earths assay results from its 2025 drilling campaign at Monte Muambe. Says wide significant intercepts have been observed, with up to 30 metres at 2,677 parts per million heavy rare earth oxides, and HREO/total rare earth oxides ratios ranging from 21% to 77%. Says this confirms heavy rare earth elements enrichment is widespread across the Fluorite Zone. ?Records up to 567ppm dysprosium oxide in individual drilling intercepts. HREE mineral Xenotime is identified for the first time at Monte Muambe. Altona believes this provides a potential pathway to producing a marketable HREE concentrate as a by-product of fluorspar processing. Cedric Simonet, chief executive officer, says: "These results are highly significant. Widespread HREE enrichment in association with fluorspar, combined with the first identification of xenotime at Monte Muambe, opens a compelling pathway to HREE production as a by-product of our fluorspar operation. If confirmed by ongoing metallurgical work and geological modelling, this would meaningfully enhance the project's value proposition and add a fourth strategic commodity to Monte Muambe's already exceptional multi-commodity profile."

Eco Animal Health Group PLC - London-based animal health firm - Renews its committed revolving credit facility agreement with National Westminster Bank PLC on "more favourable terms". The renewed facility provides for drawings of up to GBP10 million in flexible amounts and replaces the existing GBP10 million RCF which was due to expire on June 30. Also renews its existing GBP5 million overdraft facility, maintaining total banking facilities of GBP15 million, with the new RCF and overdraft facility terms expiring on June 30, 2031. Notes it has not previously utilised the RCF and there are no immediate plans to make drawings under the facility. Additionally, says it is currently preparing its audited results for the year ended March 31, 2026 and anticipates releasing these around the middle of July 2026.

The work forms part of the company's 2026 exploration programme and follows the recent airborne LiDAR, aerial photography, magnetic and radiometric surveys which were completed ahead of schedule. Exploration manager Tom Harris says: "I am thrilled with the potential seen on the ground at Gorge. I thank the field team for completing the activities in a productive and safe manner. I am excited to see the incoming results and analysis from geochemical samples collected in addition to those from the recently completed airborne geophysical surveys."

Switch Metals PLC - mining explorer focused on developing battery and technology metals mines in the Ivory Coast - Presents its two priority targets for the upcoming maiden drilling programme at its Issia project. The programme targets comprise two previously discovered pegmatites: Kabore, a spodumene lithium-bearing pegmatite, and Zraty, a tantalum-bearing pegmatite. The programme is designed to test high-priority hard rock lithium and tantalum targets identified within its district-scale pegmatite corridor with demonstrated tantalum and lithium mineralisation. "Recent fieldwork has significantly enhanced the company's understanding of both targets, with follow-up soil sampling at Kabore outlining a substantial lithium pathfinder anomaly and further supporting the potential for a meaningful hard-rock lithium system at depth," Switch says. The programme is being undertaken in parallel with work to complete the maiden tantalum mineral resource estimate which is focused on the shallow alluvial, eluvial and drainage basin targets at Issia. Initial batch results are expected to be delivered in the coming weeks. Additionally, issued 94,118 shares to a consultant in settlement of GBBP8,000 of fees due for services provided over the last 12 months at an issue price 8.5 pence per share.
