American Electric Power Company, Inc. has submitted the following document to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission: On April 27, 2026, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued an order in the above-captioned docket approving a multi-part transaction that will: (1) transfer Ohio Power Company?s entitlement to power under the Ohio Valley Electric Corporation (OVEC) Inter-Company Power Agreement (ICPA) to AEP Generation Resources Inc. in two steps; and (2) transfer Ohio Power Company?s equity stake in OVEC to American Electric Power Company, Inc. Pursuant to Ordering Paragraph (G), the Applicants hereby notify the Commission that the transactions were consummated on June 1, 2026.
