Ameriprise Financial, Inc. announced that Ms. Liane J. Pelletier has been appointed to its board of directors, effective November 12, 2025. Ms. Pelletier served as the chairwoman, chief executive officer and president of Alaska Communications Systems Group, a telecommunications and technology services provider, from 2003 to 2011. She also served as senior vice president for corporate strategy and business development for Sprint Corporation.
Ms. Pelletier has deep experience in corporate governance having held several public company directorships in highly regulated industries. She is currently a director for Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. where she serves as chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Frontdoor, Inc. where she serves on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Ms. Pelletier earned an MS from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Wellesley College.
Ms. Pelletier will join the Company?s Audit and Risk Committee on the same date.
