An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire Research facility?s equipment and office furniture in Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium of Celyad Oncology SA (ENXTBR:CYAD) for ?3 million on September 29, 2025. A cash consideration of ?3 million will be paid by the buyer. Management currently anticipates that this transaction will extend the cash runway of Celyad Oncology by approximatively three quarters.

The transaction is subject to a number of customary conditions precedent and is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
