The cooling systems company APR Technologies begins trading today, January 13, on the Spotlight Stock Market. The company is listing shares under the ticker APRTEC and warrants under the ticker APRTEC TO 1.

This is a direct listing, so there is no subscription price for comparison. The company has recently raised 115 million kronor through new share issues, with the possibility of securing additional capital later this year through the exercise of warrants.

APR's technology was originally developed for use in space, but its main application is cooling data chips. This enables technology manufacturers to produce higher-performance chips without the risk of overheating.
