Cooling systems company APR Technologies began trading today, January 13, on the Spotlight Stock Market. The company listed shares under the ticker APRTEC and warrants under the ticker APRTEC TO 1.

This is a direct listing, which means there is no subscription price for comparison. The company recently raised 115 million kronor through new share issues, with the possibility of securing additional capital via the exercise of warrants later this year.
