Arctic Minerals AB (publ) announced Krister Söderholm retires from the Board after 13 years of service but will continue to support Arctic Minerals as a member of the Company's Advisory Committee. Krister Söderholm has informed the Board that he will retire from the Board in connection with the EGM.
