Ares Management Corporation (NYSE:ARES) acquired Portfolio of four logistics properties in core German markets from Blackstone Inc. (NYSE:BX) for ?300 million on December 23, 2025. A cash consideration of ?300 million will be paid by Ares Management Corporation. As part of consideration, ?300 million is paid towards assets of Portfolio of four logistics properties in core German markets.
