Arugn Technologies Private Limited agreed to acquire 90% stake in Planetcast Media Services Limited from a fund managed by Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE:APO) on October 31, 2025.
The transaction is financed through INR 6 billion non convertible debentures issued by Arugn Technologies Private Limited. The deal is expected to completed by late december 2026. As of December 16, 2025 only 83.4% stake has been acquired so far with approvals expected shortly for remaining 6.59%.
