-- ASML Holding Chief Executive Christophe Fouquet had contact with Elon Musk about the Terafab project that aims to build chips for SpaceX, xAI and Tesla, Reuters reports following an interview with Fouquet on the sidelines of a tech event in Antwerp, Belgium.

-- Fouquet expects the first chips to be made within months using ASML's high numerical aperture extreme ultraviolet lithography systems, Reuters reports, noting that Intel is set to be an early adopter of the machines. Musk is partnering with Intel for the Terafab project.
