Astroscale Holdings Inc. announced that the Board of Directors resolved on a new global management structure as follows, at a meeting held on March 31, 2026. Effective April 1, 2026, Mitsunobu Okada serves as Representative Director and President, Group Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Representative Director and President, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
In his current role as Group Chief Executive Officer, Mitsunobu Okada is responsible for overall global business oversight of the Group, with direct responsibility for the Japan business, reflecting a refined and clarified group-level leadership structure while maintaining continuity in executive management.
