Astroscale Holdings Inc. announced that the Board of Directors resolved on a new global management structure as follows, at a meeting held on March 31, 2026. Effective April 1, 2026, Nobuhiro Matsuyama has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this change, Nobuhiro Matsuyama served as Chief Financial Officer.
The new appointment reflects an expansion of responsibilities at the group level while maintaining oversight of the Company?s financial functions. As Director and Deputy President, Group Chief Financial Officer, Nobuhiro Matsuyama is responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer and overseeing the Group?s finance, governance, legal, information technology, and risk management functions.
