Asyad Shipping Company S.A.O.G announced that it has invested in the purchase of two second-hand Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Carriers as part of the Company?s growth strategy. The Company signed the agreement on the 22 April 2026 to purchase the two second-hands vessels built in 2023 for total consideration of approximately EUR 28 million (USD 72.7 million). They each have a capacity of 85,000 deadweight tonnage and are expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The company will update the market when the vessels have been delivered. This investment further strengthens the Company?s Dry Bulk Segment, delivering on its fleet expansion plans and supports Asyad Shipping?s broader growth strategy and global presence.
