AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited at its EGM held on December 12, 2025 announced the appointment of Mr. Gao Jiming as a non-executive Director of the Company with a term of office commencing from the date of approval at the EGM until the date of approval of the next session of the Board at the shareholders' meeting of the Company to be held in 2027.
