AYA Properties Fund, BV, AICB a fund managed by Manaya BV acquired Sienna Center office building in Poland from CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (WBAG:CAI) on May 4, 2026. A cash consideration will be paid by AYA Properties Fund, BV, AICB and Manaya BV. As part of consideration, an undisclosed value is paid towards assets of Sienna Center office building in Poland. Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG has provided the AYA Properties Fund with investment and VAT loans totaling ?36 million. The fund will use the financing to acquire an officebuilding in the Wola district of Warsaw.
