Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited resolved to expand scope of duties and responsibilities of the Corporate Governance Committee to encompass corporate sustainability change and change the name of the Committee from the Corporate Governance Committee to the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. The Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee comprises the members as follows: Mr. Predee Daochai (Chairman), Mr. Kan Trakulhoon (Member), Mr. Veerathai Santiprabhob, Ph.D. (Member), Mr. Pradit Teekakul (Member), and Mr. Sripob Sarasas (Member). The changes are effective from December 15, 2025.
The resolution to expand the committee's scope and rename it was made at the Board of Directors meeting No.12/2025 on December 15, 2025.
