Bank Leumi announced that dividend in second quarter ended June 30, 2025 amounts to NIS 1.3 billion ($386 million), out of which NIS 979 million ($290 million) is cash dividend and the remainder is share buyback ? NIS 326 million ($97 million). The dividend and share buyback constitute 50% of the net income for the quarter.
