LONDON (dpa-AFX) - British investment bank Barclays has lowered its price target for Südzucker from 10 to 9 euros and maintained its "Underweight" rating. Citing persistently weak sugar prices, analyst Alex Sloane wrote in a study released Wednesday that he has reduced his earnings forecast (Ebitda) for the 2026/27 financial year. For this reason, as well as due to volatility at CropEnergies and a relatively tight balance sheet, he continues to view the risk-reward profile as unattractive./rob/edh/gl
