HVAC/R wholesaler Beijer Ref has acquired two American distributors of HVAC/R products--Key Refrigeration Supply and Dennis Supply Company. Together, the companies generate an annual turnover of approximately SEK 800 million, according to a press release. The financial details of the deals remain confidential.
Both companies are headquartered in the Midwest: Key Refrigeration Supply is based in Missouri, while Dennis Supply Company is located in Iowa. Collectively, they operate 20 branches across the states of Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming.
"These acquisitions support and strengthen our regional presence by building on the solid foundation we have already established," commented Christopher Norbye, CEO of Beijer Ref.
The acquisitions are expected to have a minor positive impact on Beijer Ref's financial results.
