Residential developer Besqab has taken possession of the development rights within the Paradiset 23 property on western Kungsholmen, following the acquisition from Fabege in September 2025.

The project, named House of Nelly, comprises 82 condominiums, with production expected to commence during the summer.

The acquisition covers approximately 8,000 square meters of gross floor area (GFA) for a purchase price of approximately SEK 200 million. The zoning plan became legally binding in 2024, and the area is also slated for office and service facility development.
