Bigben Interactive has announced that it has been granted the opening of a conciliation procedure by the President of the Lille Métropole Commercial Court.  On February 25, the company, whose shares had been suspended, indicated that it would file a request to initiate an amicable conciliation procedure with the president of the court.

Capgemini has announced the extension, for a period of 5 years, of its partnership with McDonald's Corporation. The goal is to support the American giant in deploying modern and scalable platforms for enhanced customer and crew experiences, in line with the "Accelerating the Arches" strategy. McDonald's notably aims to reach 250 million active users of its loyalty program within 90 days.

Europlasma announces that Valdunes Industries has been selected to equip the trains of a public transport company in Latin America. The multi-year contract covers 720 wheels. The company operates a vast passenger rail network, which is one of the main transport networks in Latin America.

GL Events
In 2025, GL events generated revenue of 1.721 billion euros, up 5% and 7% at constant exchange rates. This performance is explained by several key factors, including the resilience and diversification of the group’s economic model across all its activities. Thanks to its investments and rigorous cost management, the group continues to improve its operational profitability. EBITDA rose by 8% in 2025 to 250 million euros, representing a margin of 14.5%, up 30 basis points. The group’s recurring operating income (ROC) increased by 16% to reach 176 million euros. This operational success is also reflected in a continuous improvement of ROCE by 1.9 points compared to 2024 and +2.8 points compared to 2023. Debt stands at 471 million euros, a decrease of 46 million euros. The Group’s net income for 2025 grew by 12% to 86 million euros.

Immobilière Dassault
Rental income for Immobilière Dassault amounted to 34.5 million euros during the 2025 fiscal year, an increase of 15.8% compared to 2024. On a like-for-like basis, income rose by 9%, driven notably by the favorable evolution of rent revision indices as well as the effect of new leases signed. Current operating income stood at 31.9 million euros, up 19.1% compared to 2024, an increase linked to the rise in rental income.

Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits
Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits and Flor de Caña have announced the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement for the Flor rum range on the French market. As of March 16, 2026, MBWS will, under this partnership, handle the distribution of the entire Flor de Caña range. The Flor de Caña range includes the core 4-year, 12-year, 14-year, and 18-year-old references, prestige references such as the 25-year or 30-year - V Generaciones cuvées, as well as innovative rum-based spirits, including Coco and Spresso.

Soitec
Soitec has signed a multi-year agreement with the American company Skyworks Solutions. The goal: to secure the production of advanced POI (Piezoelectric-On-Insulator) wafers and guarantee Skyworks a reliable long-term supply to meet its future needs. This agreement extends the long-standing collaboration between the two companies. Soitec will supply POI wafers for Skyworks’ Sky5 platform, designed to meet the high radiofrequency (RF) demands of 5G smartphones.
