The consolidated revenue reached €4,070 million in 2025, representing a 6.2% increase on a like-for-like basis compared to €3,980 million in the previous year. Reported growth for the year stood at 2.3%.
Bonduelle
Bonduelle Group's revenue for the first half of the 2025-2026 fiscal year amounted to €1.111 billion, up 0.3% on a like-for-like basis but down 0.7% on a reported basis. This performance, in a lackluster consumption environment in Europe and the United States, was driven by growth of the Cassegrain brand in France, the Bonduelle brand in emerging countries, as well as increased sales of private label products in Europe following the introduction of tariffs on Chinese corn imports.

Saint-Gobain
The construction materials specialist reported 2025 revenue of €46.5 billion, up 2.1%. This increase comes "despite the depreciation of most currencies against the euro," the company said in a statement.
SRP Groupe
For the first six months of 2025, Showroomprivé posted business volume of €440 million, down 11.9% compared to 2024. Revenue came in at €276 million, a decrease of 13.4%, mainly impacted by a 14.3% drop in its core business in France.
TotalEnergies
TotalEnergies has signed an agreement with Glenfarne, the lead developer of the Alaska LNG project, to export 2 million tonnes per year (Mtpa) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) over a twenty-year period. The future Alaska LNG project, located on the Pacific coast of the United States, is the only federally authorized LNG export terminal in this region.
Technip Energies
Joseph Rinaldi, Chairman of the Board of Technip Energies, has announced his intention to retire at the end of his current term, immediately following the 2026 Annual General Meeting. He will not seek reappointment at the 2026 AGM. The Board has decided to propose the appointment of John O'Higgins as a non-executive director at this meeting and to designate him as Chairman of the Board to succeed Joseph Rinaldi. The Board has also decided to propose the appointment of Luc Rémont as a non-executive director, replacing Francesco Venturini, who has also announced he will not seek renewal of his directorship this year.

Vallourec has announced its fourth-quarter 2025 results. Group EBITDA reached €214 million, up 2% compared to the third quarter of 2025, maintaining a strong EBITDA margin at 21%.

The concessions and construction group is reorganizing as of March 1, with three appointments to its Executive Committee. Patrick Richard has been named General Secretary. He remains a member of the Executive Committee and Secretary of the Board of Directors. In this context, Sophie Deis-Beauquesne is appointed Legal Director and joins the Executive Committee. Reporting to Patrick Richard, she has served as Legal, Compliance, and Insurance Director of Vinci Energies since April 2024, after holding various legal responsibilities within the group since 2011. In addition, Céline Acharian is appointed Ethics and Conduct Director and also joins the Executive Committee, under the responsibility of Patrick Richard.

For the 2025 fiscal year, Viridien's business revenue amounted to $1.165 billion, up 4% year-on-year. The group posted a strong improvement in profitability, supported by operational efficiency gains across all business lines. Adjusted EBITDA reached $551 million, up 21% year-on-year, representing a margin of 47%, compared to 41% in 2024.
Vusion
Vusion announced Thursday evening that it had achieved a "record" fourth quarter, slightly exceeding its annual revenue target of €1.5 billion. The specialist in electronic labeling for physical retail reported adjusted revenue of €522 million for the last three months of the year, up 47% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. For the full year, its revenue reached €1,527 million on an adjusted basis, representing growth of 51% compared to 2024. At constant exchange rates, the group's adjusted revenue would have amounted to €1,580 million, a 56% increase.
