The board of directors of Bison Finance Group Limited announced that, Mr. XU Peixin ("Mr. XU") has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the Company with effect from 22 September 2025. Mr. XU has confirmed that his resignation was due to his intention to devote more time to his other business commitments, and that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. XU for his valuable contributions during his tenure of office in the Company.
