On March 10, 2026, BlackLine, Inc. announced that it has appointed Storm Duncan and Megan Prichard to BlackLine?s Board of Directors in connection with a cooperation agreement with Engaged Capital, LLC. Mr. Duncan will also be appointed to the Board?s Strategic Committee, along with current director Scott Davidson.
