BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has notified the AMF that it crossed above the 5% threshold in Scor's share capital and voting rights on April 16. The asset manager now holds 9,079,375 Scor shares, representing 5.06% of the reinsurer's capital and voting rights.

The U.S. investment giant specified that this threshold breach resulted from an acquisition of Scor shares on the open market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
