BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has notified the AMF that it crossed below the 5% threshold of Engie's voting rights on March 11. The asset manager now holds 6.51% of the capital and 4.97% of the voting rights in the energy group.

The American investment giant specified that this threshold crossing resulted from an off-market sale of Engie shares, as well as a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
