Airbus
Airbus has announced that, together with Singapore, it has secured full certification for automatic in-flight refueling capability (A3R) on the Airbus A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) from the Spanish National Institute for Aerospace Technology. This certification follows an extensive qualification and flight test campaign conducted in close collaboration with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and the Defence Science and Technology Agency.

Amundi
As previously announced during the release of its 2025 annual results, Amundi has launched, this Wednesday, a share buyback program worth 500 million euros, representing approximately 3.1% of its current share capital. The asset management and investment group has instructed an investment service provider, acting independently, to carry out these share buybacks for a total of 500 million euros. 

BNP Paribas
In the ongoing Sudan litigation, BNP Paribas has stated it will file its appeal by February 9, with proceedings continuing as anticipated, and that it is "fully prepared and confident in the strength of its arguments." The French bank recalls it was authorized on January 8 to appeal its conviction in this case, after being found guilty in the first instance following a court decision handed down last October.


Crédit Agricole
Crédit Agricole SA has reported a stable group share net income (RNPG) (-0.2%) at 7.07 billion euros for the year 2025, with an increased cost of risk up 6.6% to 1.97 billion euros, but a gross operating income up 1.3% to 12.45 billion euros. The banking group saw its cost-to-income ratio worsen by 0.9 points to 55.7%, as its operating expenses (+4.9% to 15.63 billion euros) rose more than its net banking income (+3.3% to 28.08 billion euros).

Herige
For the full 2025 fiscal year, Herige Industries posted revenue of 379.4 million euros, down 5.9% compared to 2024 (-5.7% adjusted for calendar effects). "This development reflects overall resilience in a market still marked by fragile recovery signals," explained the group specializing in wholesale building materials.

Hopscotch
For the full year 2025, Hopscotch reported revenue of 271.1 million euros, representing a year-on-year decrease of 15%. Gross margin came in at 98.9 million euros, down 5.6%. The decline in activity during the year was mainly concentrated in the events segment (43.5 million euros gross margin in 2025), while consulting activity remained at a high level with a gross margin of 26.6 million euros.

Michelin
Michelin has announced the acquisition of Flexitallic, aiming to strengthen its leadership in the sealing segment, in line with the "Michelin in Motion 2030" strategy. This transaction is set to accelerate the growth of the Polymer Composite Solutions business, which will soon become a specific reporting segment in the group's financial communications.

Nexans
Nexans has announced the award of a framework contract with Enedis worth 600 million euros. The designer of systems for the transition to a connected future will be responsible for supplying medium-voltage cables to support the modernization and strengthening of the network, the connection of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, the undergrounding of lines, and the connection of renewable energy parks throughout France.

Scor
Scor reports growth in its EGPI (estimated gross premium income per underwriting year) of 4.7% in traditional reinsurance (P&C and "Speciality") and 80.5% in "Alternative Solutions" during the January 2026 renewals. Thanks to the diversified composition of its portfolio and its retrocession purchases, the French reinsurance group also anticipates a 2-percentage-point increase in its underwriting ratio.


Soitec
Soitec posted revenue of 160 million euros for the third quarter of its 2026 fiscal year ending December 31, showing 18% sequential growth at constant scope and exchange rates. However, compared to the same period a year earlier, this represents a 22% decrease.
