Housing developer Bonava has commenced construction on the Logementet 2 project in Kviberg, Gothenburg. The development comprises 80 condominiums spread across two multi-family buildings, offering units ranging from one to four rooms with kitchens, and sizes between 33 and 94 square meters. Each apartment features either a patio or a balcony. Move-in is scheduled to begin in autumn 2027, according to a press release.
The Logementet neighborhood will consist of a total of 182 residences. The first phase, Logementet 1, included 102 apartments and was completed for occupancy in 2024.
