The shares were acquired at a price of SEK 9.82 each, bringing the total transaction value to SEK 147,300. This information is disclosed in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.
Kallies has been with Bonava since 1996, holding a range of managerial positions within the company. In his new role, he is also a member of the group's executive management team.
