Residential developer Bonava is initiating the construction of a rental housing project in Sigtuna, comprising 91 cooperative rental apartments, while simultaneously selling the project to a newly established joint venture between real estate investors Urban Partners (formerly Nrep), Granitor, and Justim. This information was disclosed in a press release.
The underlying property value in the transaction amounts to SEK 363 million. The project will be financed on an ongoing basis by the buyer during the construction period, and the homes are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The apartments will be offered as cooperative rental units in the form of secure senior housing with additional services, where at least one member of each household must be aged 65 or older.
