The Stockholm Stock Exchange traded higher on Tuesday, closing on an even more upbeat note compared to the start of the day. The performance outpaced that of the leading European stock markets.

During the day, the OMXS30 index reached a new all-time high of 3 200.32. This marks the first time the index has surpassed the 3 200 level. It took 21 days to climb the 100 points from 3 100 to 3 200.

At the close, the OMXS30 index was up 0.76 percent at 3 190.87. Shares worth approximately 24.1 billion kronor were traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

Among the major industrial sectors, consumer discretionary posted the best performance with a 2 percent increase. On the other end, energy lagged behind, down 1 percent.

Among the leading stocks in the OMXS30 index, Boliden rose 4.1 percent while H&M B was up 3.4 percent. Ericsson B had the weakest performance, down 1.0 percent, while Tele 2 B fell 0.9 percent.

Medical technology company Bonesupport increased its operating profit more than expected to 81.8 million kronor, and the stock rose 3.7 percent.

Live casino developer Evolution's founders Jens von Bahr and Fredrik Österberg have pledged 13.54 million shares, valued at just over 7 billion kronor at today's share price, according to the Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register, as reported by Dagens industri. The insider transaction was carried out last Thursday. Evolution's share rose 2.2 percent.

Alarm company Verisure has entered into a five-year agreement with ADT and Origin AI for development services. The deal means Verisure will continue licensing Origin AI's AI sensor technology and expand its rights to sell the platform in Europe and Latin America, following ADT's acquisition of Origin AI. The share fell 2.2 percent.

Research company Synact Pharma has appointed Ann Kristin Led as its new CFO. Ann Kristin Led has held senior positions at Medtrace Pharma, MC2 Therapeutics, and Lundbeck. The stock increased 1.1 percent.

Contract manufacturer Hanza increased its revenue and operating profit and is significantly raising its dividend to 1.50 kronor per share. The stock jumped 15.1 percent.

Diagnostics company Immunovia reduced its operating loss to -16.7 million kronor and the share fell 12.9 percent.

Medical technology company Asker Healthcare Group's nomination committee is proposing ahead of the annual general meeting on May 7 that Mikael Stöhr be appointed as a new board member and new chairman. Mikael Stöhr is chairman of the property services company Coor, where he previously served as CEO. The stock fell 2.8 percent.

Communications services company Sinch will buy back approximately 79.6 million shares. The stock rose 3.3 percent.

The Swedish Shareholders Association recommends a buy on SEB, which fell 0.7 percent.

Business magazine Affärsvärlden gives a buy recommendation on battery charger company CTEK, which rose 2.7 percent.

Pareto Securities upgrades Adtraction to buy from hold, and the stock increased 3.5 percent.

Ålandsbanken has a positive view on Nolato, which rose 1.4 percent.
