Borouge Plc announced the appointment of Siegfried Wengler as Chief Financial Officer, effective from July 1, 2026. Siegfried Wengler succeeded Jan-Martin Nufer as Chief Financial Officer, who will leave Borouge from July 1, 2026 to pursue a new opportunity. Mr. Wengler has 22 years of experience, previously serving in strategic finance leadership roles at Borouge Plc and Borouge Pte for eight years, most recently as Vice President Group Finance.

Siegfried held senior roles at Borealis AG and as an auditor with Deloitte, Austria. Mr. Wengler is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
