LONDON, May 7 (Reuters) - BP CEO Meg O'Neill told staff in a call on Thursday that the British major would reorganise into two main business units - upstream and downstream - starting in June, two sources familiar with the call said.
O'Neill added that a U.S. listing was not a priority for the company, the sources said.
