Bravida Holding AB as part of the expansion of Hitachi Energy's base in Ludvika, will install electrical, HVAC and sprinkler systems, as well as remote control systems for technology to enable energy use optimisation and ensure operational reliability. Bravida Holding AB will install electrical, HVAC and sprinkler systems, and an integrated control and monitoring system that coordinates the building's technical installations. This system enables centralised control, monitoring and optimisation of, for example, ventilation, heating, cooling and energy flows, thus contributing to high operational reliability, energy efficiency and a stable indoor climate.
The deliverables include the installation of demand-controlled ventilation using VAV control for around 150 office rooms, which will further optimise energy use and also improve comfort based on the actual room occupancy. The project has the LEED environmental rating, which covers requirements relating to, for example, energy efficiency and material choices. Bravida Holding AB is delivering a turnkey contract on behalf of Tommy Allström Byggproduktion, TAB.
The project will start in spring 2026 and is expected to last until July 2027.
